We are thus introducing our new and upgraded Support & Startup Training packages, designed to meet every need, from general, simple inquiries, to the most demanding ones!

  Support Services are offered under 3 main packages: Free, Standard and Premium. Standard and Premium options are a one-off purchase; you buy one now and you use it for as long as you have remaining Support Cases.

  Startup Training package can be purchased individually - even if you don’t own a Support package yet.

Standard Support Package

Standard Support is the right choice for companies that have minimum support needs and want to have the QR-Patrol team by their side.

With Premium Support you are entitled to exclusive discounts when you assign the technical work to us. Other than BI reporting creation, this includes any other services offered, like bulk data upload.
